Welcome to the blog for all things ABC!

I’m honored to be A Better Connection’s first blogger.  For the last couple months I’ve been bouncing off the walls knowing we would soon have an additional tool to make announcements, share knowledge and introduce cool things ABC.  Blogging is a fantastic way to communicate and share with our clients, potential clients, vendors, industry competition and ABC personnel.

ABC’s blog will be a culmination of several different perspectives. Although I enjoy writing about my company and the telephone answering service industry I know that inviting my colleagues to participate in our blog will allow it to be more comprehensive and bring diverse views.  You will also see blogs in this forum from our IT guy, Director of Sales, Director of Operations, Director of Accounting, our CEO (see “Meet the Team” for short bios.), agents and mystery bloggers.
