New Website - New Online Client Tools

This is an exciting time for our telephone answering service.  In 2009 we’ve had to hit the ground running to follow up 2008.  One of our “small projects” in 2008 was the launching of a new website and the introduction of amazing online client tools.

Our new website was introduced in June 2008.  As most of you with websites know, this process was quite an undertaking.  We hired a company for ABC’s website design and background work but the written copy and a few of the design decisions were all on us.  I do have advice for those preparing to revamp an old site or initiating a new website…clear your calendars and get in a creative groove.  Also, setting up a website checklist will assist with creating a timeline and help you to understand the process.

Along with our enhanced website we rolled out new online client tools.  These tools are the products of integrating our specialized telephone answering service equipment with the Internet.  ABC’s online tools save our clients time, money and improve after hour telecommunication’s efficiency. Our clients now have the ability to manage their on call schedules and on call contact information via a Blackberry operating system for instance.
