Do you customize packages based on our needs or do you offer canned, off the shelf packages and prices for service?
A Better Connection (ABC) will tailor a package and a rate structure that is right for you and your budget. ABC is flexible, has the ability to grow with your business/practice and evolves with changing technologies. In a nutshell, we will work with you to design the best service package possible at a rate you can afford. We like to think outside the box not put you in one.
How flexible are the contracts with your company?
Our contracts are designed to each client’s specific needs. However, A Better Connection does not offer temporary services. All clients must commit to a minimum of a three billing cycle agreement.
What is the difference between standard answering service and specialty services? With standard answering service our agents answer your calls and ask for general message information such as name, phone number and nature of the call. With specialty services our agents capture extensive caller information that is necessary for order entry, ad response, appointment scheduling and customer service protocols.
Can you provide services on a national level?
Absolutely!!! A Better Connection is capable of answering anywhere at anytime.
Do you have references?
References are always available for any type industry and any size business/practice. We have numerous A Better Connection (ABC) clients who are willing to share their experiences with potential ABC clients. All you have to do is ask.
Do you have credentials?
A Better Connection (ABC) is the recipient of national awards for excellence and has received certifications for reliability and emergency planning.
If we have a problem after hours with the service what is your procedure?
A Better Connection (ABC) has On Call Management staff on duty 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If you experience an issue, ABC wishes to be notified so we may begin the resolution process without delay.
