In my opinion Sea Monkeys is the brilliant marketing idea of my lifetime. They were introduced to the general public in 1960 and are still sold today. Sea Monkeys do not have arms, legs nor do they have a face like the drawing the advertisement/packaging depicts. They are actually dehydrated brine shrimp eggs which come to life when water is added. A biological miracle indeed but I believe it is marketing and packaging that continue to sell Sea Monkeys.Read more
