Appointment Reminders and Reservation Confirmations

Recently we gave one of our vendors dugout suite tickets to join us at the Arizona Diamondbacks versus New York Mets game played a couple days ago.  First I have to tell you about these seats. We were on the field, a couple feet from the Diamondback dugout.   I could see the stubble on Stephen Drew’s cheek.  The 2nd inning was about to start and the vendor’s seats were as empty as they are in the off season.  I proceeded to call them and was told they forgot about the game.

In the grand scheme of things every once in awhile people forget appointments/reservations.  Even with the implementation of calendar software such as MS Outlook, there is still a chance that the appointment/reservation won’t get entered or will not be seen until it’s too late.  From a business owner’s perspective missed appointments/reservations cost money.  Successful businesses look for ways to reduce the potential for missed appointments/reservations.

A Better Connection’s Remind A Call is an easy solution to this challenge.  This cost effective, automated service will dial a string of phone numbers to reach your client the day(s) before their appointment/reservation to remind them of their appointment/reservation with you.  Your client has the option to confirm or to request a call back to reschedule or cancel the appointment/reservation.

I’m not certain that I would use this service to remind my suitemates of a ballgame but ABC's Remind A Call ensures that appointment times remain filled, reservations managed and eliminate the “I forgot” answer to missed appointments/reservations.
