Meet the Team

Marcy is a hands on, working CEO and ABC’s streamlining expert. Her “think outside the box” style is an important ingredient to ABC’s success. Marcy is a product of more than 20 years in the telephone answering service business and has served several years on the industry’s association boards. When not working she enjoys a good round of golf and is always up for a challenge from both existing and new customers!

 

Gail is the glue that holds it all together. Her 18 years of telephone answering service experience and a degree from Arizona State University gives her an edge in accounting, marketing and customer care bar none. Gail has a mild addiction to Sudoku and does a pretty darn good job for being a former professional baseball player.

 

Crystal leads the operations at ABC with a keen eye on the day to day operations and keeping our wonderful telephone agents happy and efficient. Her positive, upbeat manner and 10 years of telephone answering service experience makes her an invaluable cog in ABC’s wheel. Crystal enjoys spending time with her family and is the resident movie critic.

 

Sandra came to ABC with 18 years of experience as a Sales and Marketing Director in the cable TV industry.  She learned the answering service industry from the ground up starting out as a part time telephone agent. For those who appreciate a soothing southern accent Sandra fills the bill. When not talking with our clients and potential clients she is partial to all things “Cajun hot” and is ABC’s own Georgia O’Keefe.

 

Travis is ABC’s in-house IT geek. He offers an in depth knowledge of computer systems and is good at translating technical terms and explaining technical systems to his co-workers and clients.   He keeps ABC up to date with emerging technologies, ensures ABC’s ATSI certification requirements are met and is responsible for protecting our client’s information. In addition to his interest in computers and systems, Travis also likes to work on import tuner cars and enjoys Japanese animation.
